From Houston TX, Get on US 290W/I-10 depending on your starting point. Head northwest toward US290 w (signs for Cypress/Hempstead. Take US 290 W. Merge on to US 290W and continue toward Hempstead/Brenham for about 50-60 miles. Stay on US 290w past Cypress and Hempstead. Transition toward Hearne. Just past Hempstead/near Navasota, follow signs to TX6 N/SH 6 N toward College Station/ Bryan/Hearne. Merge onto SH 6 N and continue northwest. Stay on SH6 N as it heads through rural areas north toward Hearne. Near Hearne SH 6 take exit OSR and turn right. 10541 E OSR will be on your right. We are approximately 120 miles from Houston.
From Dallas, TX. Get on I45 S from downtown Dallas depending on your starting point. Head south toward Houston on I45 S. Stay on I45 S for a long stretch as you get closer to Bryan/College Station, watch for exit signage for TX 6 S/ TX 6 N this is the major highway connecting to Hearne. Take TX 6 Toward Hearne. Look for Old Spanish Trail/ E OSR Exit off TX 6 as your approach Hearne. This isn't a numbered interstate exit but a signed local junction for E Old Spanish trail. Exit and turn left (east) on to E Old Spanish Trail (OSR) toward 10541 E OSR. 10541 E OSR will be on the right (east side). We are approximately 155 miles from Dallas, TX.
From Austin, TX. Get on TX 21 E toward Bastrop/Caldwell. Continue on TX 21 E through Bastrop, Caldwell (mostly rural highway about 65 miles.) In Caldwell, take the TX 6 N turn toward Hearne/Bryan. Drive north on TX 6 for about 25-30 miles. As you approach Hearne, look for signage for Old Spanish trail/OSR. Exit TX right onto OSR. 10541 E OSR will be on your right. We are approximately 115 miles from Austin, TX.
